2009 Founded in Cottleville

Where It All Began

Pizza Ranch was born from a simple, unwavering belief: great pizza starts with great ingredients. In 2009, founder Marcus DeLuca traded his corporate career for a 12-inch cast-iron pan and a dream — to bring authentic, wood-fired flavor to the heart of Cottleville, Missouri.

What started as a 600-square-foot brick-and-mortar tucked beside Mid Rivers Mall grew organically through word of mouth, loyal regulars, and a kitchen crew that treated every dough ball like a labor of love. We never chased trends. Instead, we built every recipe on local dairy, stone-milled flour, and the same fermentation process Marcus learned while traveling through Naples.

Today, Pizza Ranch serves hundreds of families each week from our expanded location on Mid Rivers Mall Dr. Our mission hasn't changed one bit: feed people extraordinarily well, in a place that feels like home.

2009

Grand Opening

Marcus DeLuca opens Pizza Ranch at 4732 Mid Rivers Mall Dr with just 12 tables, a single wood-fired oven, and five recipes passed down from his Neapolitan grandmother.

2012

First Regional Award

Pizza Ranch wins "Best Pizza in St. Louis County" at the Regional Food & Dining Awards — putting our little Cottleville kitchen on the Missouri map for the very first time.

2015

Delivery Launch

We launched in-house delivery across Cottleville and O'Fallon, bringing hand-crafted pizza to doorsteps within 30 minutes — and expanding our community reach dramatically.

2018

Catering Program Launch

Popular demand led us to create a full catering division. From corporate lunches to weddings and birthday parties, Pizza Ranch became the go-to for events of every size.

2021

Full Renovation & Expansion

We doubled our dining room, added a private event space, upgraded to dual wood-fired ovens, and introduced a full craft beer and local wine menu to complement our pies.

2024

Online Ordering Goes Live

We launched our brand-new online ordering platform, making it even easier for the Cottleville community to enjoy Pizza Ranch — whenever and wherever hunger strikes.
