Pizza Ranch was born from a simple, unwavering belief: great pizza starts with great ingredients. In 2009, founder Marcus DeLuca traded his corporate career for a 12-inch cast-iron pan and a dream — to bring authentic, wood-fired flavor to the heart of Cottleville, Missouri.
What started as a 600-square-foot brick-and-mortar tucked beside Mid Rivers Mall grew organically through word of mouth, loyal regulars, and a kitchen crew that treated every dough ball like a labor of love. We never chased trends. Instead, we built every recipe on local dairy, stone-milled flour, and the same fermentation process Marcus learned while traveling through Naples.
Today, Pizza Ranch serves hundreds of families each week from our expanded location on Mid Rivers Mall Dr. Our mission hasn't changed one bit: feed people extraordinarily well, in a place that feels like home.
